Credit cards are accepted. Card payment is confirmed when your order is placed.
Other BASE payment conditions currently displayed on this page:
PAY ID deferred payment: convenience-store payment is due on the 10th of the month after billing; fee JPY 350 including tax. Direct debit is taken from the designated bank account after billing, with no payment fee.
Bank transfer: pay within 5 business days after billing; payment fee JPY 360 including tax.
PayPay: payment is confirmed after the shop processes dispatch.

商品のお届け時期

■発送について
配送のご依頼を受けてから5日以内に発送いたします。
※額縁も合わせてご購入した場合は、額縁は完全受注生産のため、発送までに2〜3週間ほどお時間をいただきます。

■領収書について
『古着とポスターの部屋』では、領収書の二重発行防止のため、基本的には領収書の発行はいたしません。クレジットカード会社・キャリアより届く利用明細・コンビニや銀行より発行される受領書・後払い決済でのお支払い時の受領書と、購入時に届く「ご購入いただきありがとうございました」メールをあわせて、領収書の代わりとしてご利用ください。

Dispatch
We dispatch within 5 days of receiving the shipping request. If you purchase a made-to-order frame with the poster, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks before dispatch. This is dispatch time, not the arrival date. Check the individual product description for any separately stated lead time.

Receipts
To avoid duplicate receipts, we generally do not issue a separate receipt. Please retain your card/carrier statement or payment receipt from the convenience store, bank or deferred-payment provider together with the order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

返品について

商品に欠陥がある場合をのぞき、基本的には返品には応じません。

※used、vintage品取扱につき多少の使用感やシミやほつれなどダメージがある場合がございます。

※ヴィンテージアイテムは全て、お客様都合のご注文後のキャンセル、返品は不可となりますのでご理解頂ける方のみ、ご購入お願い致します。

※使用する端末や環境によって、写真の色味が若干異なる場合がございます。予めご承知おき下さい。

We generally accept returns only if the item is defective.
Used and vintage items may show wear, stains, fraying or other damage. Please review the condition description and photos before ordering.
Orders for vintage items cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind or other customer-related reasons.
Colours in photos may differ slightly depending on your device and viewing conditions.
